We found that these individual fields complement each other in surprising, and what turned out to be inseparable, ways. With Regulations continually changing Melissa felt it was imperative to cultivate her own practice, one that would effectively utilize her expertise and her interest. She believe that what makes a consulting business thrive is the passion that drives it. Choosing to specialize in the Research and Development and Food safety fields means that we are completely devoted to it; that we will protect it as if it were our own. Melissa Stevenson
An accomplished leader with over 25 years experience in the food industry. She has extensive knowledge of R&D and Food Safety over multiple categories of products has provided me with a unique view of the food industry. She is an excellent project manager who is able to facilitate change to product or process and implement these changes effectively in the organization. Her practical experience ensure that she reviews existing programs and employees to determine the solution that will best work for you. Understanding the existing operation is key to ensuring the success of changes and improvements being made. Staying ahead of the regulatory changes is Melissa's sixth sense.
